The MY25 version of the 3S starter features a number of improvements;
- Introduction of a self-lubricating bushing for smoother operation and longer system lifespan.
This component ensures optimum alignment between the main pulley and pawl housing, improving precision and reducing backlash. The bushing ensures smooth sliding and stable operation, even under extreme conditions of vibration and high temperature.
- Addition of a retaining screw for the easy starter spring to prevent misalignment during operation.
- Addition of a seeger ring to protect the hook spring, reducing wear and stress.
